Products/Services, Prices and Payments
All products/services on this website are subject to availability. These products/services are an invitation to treat and should be treated as such. In the case where Dannielle Cresp Virtual Assistant is unable to complete the agreement, you will be notified as soon as possible. Dannielle Cresp Virtual Assistant takes all care that all products/services are accurately described and takes no responsibility for products appearing differently on computer monitors or spelling errors.
Pricing and payment structures are available upon request.
For all new package clients, a deposit equal to 1 (one) contracted week of work is required before work will commence. For clients who book packages, monthly payment is required with 7 (seven) day terms unless otherwise discussed.
For all ad-hoc clients a deposit of the first 3 (three) hours of work is required before work will commence. Ad-hoc clients are required to pay at completion of the project or after every additional 6 (six) hours, where it is longer than the 3 (three) hours included in the initial deposit. Work will be halted and not handed over until payment is received.
If you require payment terms other than those noted above, please discuss with Dannielle Cresp before entering into any contract.
The price payable for any product or products is specified at the time of purchase. The currency of the site is in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Prices are sometimes quoted in US Dollars ($USD) this is at the discretion of Dannielle Cresp and is dependent on your location. You acknowledge by placing an order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the product(s)/services ordered.
Payments can be made by Direct Deposit for Australian clients or via PayPal for international clients. PayPal accepts both PayPal Balance and all major Credit Cards. Other payment methods are available upon request. Your product will be created, completed and delivered to you, by methods deemed appropriate (FTP, Email, Dropbox, or as described at time of order) once payment has cleared or as otherwise discussed. For ad-hoc clients, no product/service will change hands until all payments are made in full. For ongoing package clients, payment is required as set out on the invoice. No further work will be completed if an invoice is unpaid after the due date and Dannielle Cresp Virtual Assistant may withhold products/services until payment is made.
If you require your project faster than the recommended time frame, a rush service may be available. The rush fee is double the regularly hourly rate. Rush service is at the discretion of Dannielle Cresp Virtual Assistant and may not always be available.
Late fees will be incurred where payment is more than 48 hours past the due date set out on the invoice.
Additional time above the agreed contract is available by request and will be invoiced in 30-minute increments
where it has been agreed to by Dannielle Cresp Virtual Assistant.
Dannielle Cresp Virtual Assistant reserves the right to adjust rates without notice. In the event that rates are adjusted, this will not impact work already already contracted or where quoted within the last 30 days.
Letter of Engagement
After a free 30-minute initial consultation a Letter of Engagement will be prepared by Dannielle Cresp Virtual Assistant and emailed to the client, prior to the commencement of work. This letter will outline the services to be performed, the rates to be charged and will include a copy of these terms and conditions.
The Letter of Engagement must be signed by the Client and returned to Dannielle Cresp Virtual Assistant, along
with payment of the deposit invoice before any work can commence.
If a work request or brief is forwarded to Dannielle Cresp Virtual Assistant before receipt of the signed Letter of Engagement it constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions and work will commence on this basis.
In rare cases where a Letter of Engagement has not been signed, the agreement exists from the point where the initial deposit invoice is paid. The timeframe of the contract is clearly stated on the deposit invoice and reiterated on subsequent invoices for clarity.
Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of orders for work may be made by you up until completion of the task for ad-hoc clients. Any funds spent directly on your project, including labour are payable up to termination point. Completed work is not usually refundable so please communicate with Dannielle Cresp as soon as possible, if you are unhappy at any point. For ongoing clients, 4 (four) weeks written notice is required to terminate the engagement.
Cancellation of orders can be made by Dannielle Cresp Virtual Assistant where (a) I do not receive payment within four (4) working days; (b) any payment made by you is dishonoured or cancelled; (c) we have inadvertently made an error in relation to the product you have ordered including, but not limited to, incorrect price, incorrect product information, incorrect image display; and (d) where products have incorrectly been displayed as available where they are not.
Work Hours
Due to the nature of virtual assistant work, Dannielle Cresp’s hours may vary from week to week. Dannielle Cresp will endeavour to reply to any emails or other contact within 48 hours, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Office hours are generally 9:00-17:00 Melbourne (Australia) time, Monday – Friday, excluding lunch breaks and scheduled days off. Outside of these times there may be a delayed response. Dannielle Cresp reserves the right to change her hours on short notice and will notify clients where necessary.
Out of hours rush work would need to be contracted separately for an additional agreed fee if there is availability. In general, Dannielle Cresp will work within the turn around time agreed, where it is practical for the specific task and will communicate with the client where a different timeline is required.
